SHIPPING & DELIVERY
After receiving your order, we will need up to 5 business days to prepare your parcel. We offer EU shipping for the whole shop, and international shipping for select items only (depending on weight and size restrictions). 
IMPORTANT : Unfortunately, due to recent tariff changes, we are no longer able to ship to the United States. We apoplogise for the inconvenience.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you are unsatisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we will find the solution that best fits your needs.

Returns should be sent out within that 30 day window.
Return shipping costs will be covered by :
- Us, if the item received does not match the order placed (wrong or dammaged item)
- The customer, in all other cases

In the case of an item arriving damaged, refunds can be issued. Please contact us to sort it out.
